This is a 2016 Leisure Travel Vans “Unity” model 24TB (Twin Bed). It’s a 25-foot long class-B RV built on a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter diesel-powered chassis. It currently has 25,600 miles on it. Many upgrades: 250Ah lithium batteries, battery monitor, trickle charger, 600W solar w/MPPT solar controller, DC-only fridge/freezer, Pioneer nav/audio, upgraded speakers, cab area sound deadening/insulation, sliding window shades, added USB and 12V ports, cellular booster, Blu-ray player, portable grill which connects to RV’s propane tank, tire chains, anti-sway bar and much more.

They also come loaded with a long list of great features and yet I’ve upgraded many components and added a lot of customizations to make this an even better build.
Original Factory Features of the 2016 Unity TB
The twin beds convert into a huge king bed space (the primary reason I chose this layout), it has a separate “dry” bathroom from the shower stall with a sink, cabinet space, ventilation fan and macerating toilet. The separate shower space has a large bubble skylight providing even more room and light. Overall the unit has lots of windows and a large skylight over the dining area that can be opened plus there are two Fantastic Fan ventilation fans with rain sensors. There are overhead and under cabinet LED lights throughout, some of which are on a dimmer switch.
The front seats in the cab area can be swiveled and reclined and, along with two separate dinette seats, surround a large, folding, swiveling, removable table that provides seating for four. There are two TV screens with external TV antenna and satellite hookup, Bluetooth-enabled house audio system with DVD and four overhead speakers and an electronic security safe.
The galley has a two-burner propane stove, a large refrigerator/freezer, a microwave/convection oven and lots of under sink and drawer space. There’s loads of interior and exterior storage space throughout, a large 30-gallon fresh water tank with filter system, a 1100 watt 120V inverter, a 3.6kW propane generator, and an air-conditioning/heat pump system with quiet in-ceiling ducting.
Outside is a wonderful, electric 12-foot awning with integrated LED strip lighting, electric retractable ground stabilizers and an external shower hose and nozzle.
Many Additional Custom Upgrades
I’ve made loads of upgrades and enhancements to the Unity over the years and these are all written up in great detail on my dedicated RV Tips, Upgrades and Customizations page – there’s a complete list of all these changes near the top of the page. (This is a resource I’ve been maintaining to help others do similar upgrades to their own RV’s.)
Among these upgrades, I replaced the original house batteries with a 250Ah lithium ion battery system (providing more than twice as much available power than the original batteries) and added a battery monitor to more easily track battery usage. I upgraded to three times as much as solar (600W) and added a much more efficient solar controller to get more energy from the panels and added a trickle charger to maintain the chassis battery as well.
I added sound deadening and insulation to the cab area for a quieter ride, installed an integrated sliding shade system for the cab windows, upgraded the navigation/audio system and speakers in the cab which also provides a much larger and more usable view from the backup camera, and I replaced the primarily propane-powered refrigerator with a more efficient battery-only refrigerator.
I installed a cellular network booster with an external antenna on the roof to allow you to get better signal and data bandwidth with your cellphone in remote areas. I also upgraded and added several additional USB ports and 12V power ports, including an external 12V power port in the utility bay.
The vehicle also has a couple of suspension upgrades (anti-sway bar and SumoSprings bump stops).

Vehicle Condition
The vehicle is in very good condition and has no known mechanical issues at this time (and never had any smokers on board). At the most recent service in October 2019 (24,750 miles), brakes had 11mm and tires were at 9/32 front and 6/32 rear (all good).
I can provide documentation of the regular factory services that have been performed as well as several repairs that have been necessary: replaced some emissions related sensors and connectors, replaced awning, repaired/replaced some exterior body pieces. Cosmetically there are a few items to note: 1) some wear and tear on the seating upholstery (have had cats on board); 2) some insulation in the engine compartment was eaten by rodents (never got inside cabin/house though). It has some wear and tear as described above but also many expensive and labor-intensive upgrades above and beyond what is offered by Leisure Travel Vans. I’m only selling it because we’ve decided to downsize to a much smaller, four-wheel drive campervan more appropriate for where we like to go.
