Exploring Hawaii - February 2011

Rahel and I arrive Saturday afternoon in Kailua-Kona and start visiting spots along the coast on the way south to Captain Cook. We spend Sunday snorkeling and kayaking in Keoneele Cove and Kealakekua Bay. Later that night we have a little adventure looking for a place to stay in the South Point area in the midst of heavy rain and end up at a work farm hostel. We get clear skies again on Monday and hike to the green beach before starting off for the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
